Features

Ultra-durable Carbon Fibre Composite Belt allows the seamless production of thousands of parts before replacing.

Complex, full size part production is possible with parts able to be printed whole, improving overall structural integrity of printed parts.

Variable Print Angle is as easy as adjusting two knobs on the printer and selecting right angle in BLACKBELT's Cura software. Advanced print slicing algorithms will do the rest, allowing you to be ready to print in seconds.

Decrease print times and decreased material waste thanks to BLACKBELT’s unique, variable angle gantry system, allowing for unsupported horizontal overhangs to be printed, reducing printed support material.

Fewer production system breakdowns due to high-performance aluminium construction. BLACKBELT’s reinforced frame design also eliminates the need for re-leveling between prints after initial setup, ensuring complete part consistency thorough your whole production run.

Software

Designed especially for the Blackbelt 3D Printer, BLACKBELT Cura allows seamless integration between your 3D printer, software and materials to achieve the perfect print.

Bowden vs Variodrive

IMG_0066.jpg

Configure your BLACKBELT 3D Printer to suit your business’s needs. Your printer can be configured in one of two configurations: Bowden and Variodrive.

The Bowden setup is optimised for the printing of traditional rigid materials such as PLA, PETG and ABS.

For this configuration brass nozzles come standard with optional hardened steel nozzles availble for the printing of fiber filled materials or abrasive composite materials that contain steel, bronze, ceramics etc.

By selecting this configuration, your BLACKBELT 3D Printer will come equiped with a Bowden filament feeding system and include 3 print heads of your choice. ( 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0 mm)

The VarioDrive setup is a direct drive setup optimised for the printing of flexible materials such as TPU, TPE as well as for abrasive composite materials.

For this configuration a single, high performance tungsten carbide comes standard for the printing of flexible materials. The hardened nozzle also makes the VarioDrive equpped BLACKBELT perfect for printing fiber filled materials and abrasive composite materials that contain steel, bronze, ceramics etc.

By selecting this configuration, your BLACKBELT 3D Printer will come equiped with a direct drive filament feeding system and includes 1 print head of your choice. (0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.9mm, 1.2mm)
